Bullying, Not what is seems - Anonymous employee CNB Financial Employee Review

Management across the board is terrible, people bully others and call it "leadership," make people feel like their work's never good enough, and HR and leadership let this go on, creating a severely toxic work environment where people won't leave because of annual increases and not being able to make what they do here elsewhere. I enjoy my job here, but so much goes on that they don't think we see. There is so much behind the scenes such as certain accomodations for some employees but not others (example: buying brand new high end vehicles for some employees but making others who must travel between branches long distances use their own personal vehicles.) the ethics and moral values or lack thereof are unacceptable in my experience.
