Some very talented individuals work there. Employees are appreciative and supportive of assistance received.
Cons
No Commitment to Employees. Either Outsourcing and Reorganizations result in Frequent Layoffs while hiring for same positions. Employees are able to use their change management system to avoid accepting work or challenges. Rewards are not given for work accomplished but to those who avoid failure by doing nothing. Your only as good as you last mistake.
