The salary and benefits are competitive. The company is in growth mode and continually looking for ways to win in the marketplace.
Cons
Upper management is so focused on growing the bottom line and implementing their strategy of becoming a sales-driven culture that they continually lose sight of the needs of employees. Management pays lip-service to caring about a "work-life balance", but their actions show otherwise. Morale continues to decline. Employees take an employee survey annually, but the employees don't take it seriously because there is no evidence that upper management takes it seriously.
