Pros
Nice Sales Pitch: Their initial proposal looked good — well-packaged and professional. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. Polite Staff (at First): During the early stages, the team was courteous and seemed eager to help. This quickly changed once the contract was signed.
Cons
Zero Accountability: Every issue was blamed on something or someone else. At no point did they take responsibility for their delays or poor-quality work. Unusable Final Product: What they delivered was incomplete, unstable, and ultimately unusable. We had to bring in a new team to redo everything from scratch. Wasted Budget: Not only did they burn through our budget, but we also ended up spending even more to fix their mistakes.
