Pros
Management (begrudgingly) enabled hybrid working, post-covid. Most probably due to recruitment market conditions than a desire to improve work life balance.
Cons
This is without doubt the worst company I have ever worked for. Everything you see from the outside is all for show. It’s only when you leave cmspi do you truly understand just how dysfunctional the management is. It’s a constant race to the next dollar and no time is spent looking at better processes or how to manage without having a bullying/blame culture. There are redundancies every 3-6 months (…HUGE red flag!) and it’s always the analyst and marketing people that are first to go. This is why the company is constantly hiring for roles in these teams. Cmspi is no place for a university graduate. Retention from the graduate schemes is tiny. In my year and the previous year, there are only 2 or 3 still there from an intake of nearly 20. Grads are treated terribly and only serve to make the consultants look good. This is where some of the worst bullying takes place.
