      Mass layoff via Email. - Analyst CMLS Financial Employee Review

      Pros

      One morning we received an email saying 15% of the company will be gone in 15 mins, 15 mins later my boss emailed me to say I was done. The next day I saw 6 job postings. NO ONE called to say "bye", "nice working with you", "good luck", or to help with a job search.

      Cons

      Made a 'strategic decision' to fire everyone when the company was incredibly profitable... right in the middle of a recession and finding work is nearly impossible. Working here will likely make you incredibly depressed like it did for me. Poor leadership.
