      Good for learning at initial stage. They provide quarters also, but sharing basis.

      Cons

      No proper safety at plant, management is too bad, lala company, salary not in time.

      It allows you freedom of thoughts, not mico manage and allows you to be creative.

      There is not training for staff or opportunies for growth and strategic opportunies are not followed .
