Low pay without raises for sometimes years Management will not defend you against property management or strata No mention of wage increases Sometimes over worked with a small amount of time in between shifts Lazy employee's can be favored over clearly hard working employee's who are complimented by strata and tenants Expect to have no work/life balance most of the time A single employee at a site can prevent any possibility of time off rotation, causing problems for other employee's
