DO NOT APPLY HERE IF YOU WANT TO BUILD YOUR CAREER. I was an intern and was hired out of college. Virtually no support or training was given. I was begging to be trained and they were so resistant. Only apply to CME if you are in the industry and know people in the company. They know what they are doing, but will give you no grace. I am mainly speaking to young professionals, this is not the place to learn. They do not care about you and will show you no effort. If you are starting in your career do not apply. CME Group is exclusively for developed professionals. They will make no effort in making you one. If you don't care about yourself at all, this is the place for you. No hard feelings to the people, everyone was polite. But there are serious issues with how things are organized. My advice is to simply hire more people.
