Pros
There is a lot of opportunity to grow in this company as there are various types of projects secured. Very good CEO , CFO and General Manager of Operations. Most of the people left the company with great experience in hand.
Cons
The pandemic and change in government has impacted the top line of this company. Thus, the salary payment sometimes late and also has been cut . In a good way, the company had a stand of not simply terminating anybody during the pandemic.
