      Pros

      They give you salary at the end of month, because I dont find they have even this kind of capabilities.

      Cons

      Week Management -- they believe they are giving you salary then why you were asking for more. salary -- Too bad in this part and if you gets any onsite opportunity they ask for 5 years of Bond + 10 lacs. growth -- Not at all, as all senior are government employee, they doesn't like anyone to grow. No recognition for what do u do --

      Facts misrepresented about onsite opportunity. There is no 5year bond / 10L. Request the person who posted this comment to get in touch with local RHR and get his/her facts right. From your post, it looks as though you are an aggrieved party. Please use the company's grievance system to raise the issues faced - and this will get due attention immediately. Regards.

      Pros

      If you put in your share of the work, you’ll be OK. Positive points are given for the somewhat relaxed atmosphere, laissez-faire management style, and being able to browse the web. You’ll also meet many good people along the way.

      Cons

      Minimal praise and promotions are offered. Good feedback is recognized to a degree but not rewarded directly. The skills learned here are not easily transferred to applications elsewhere. There is little growth potential in this role and within the company.
