Pros
The pros would mostly be flexibility depending on what department you’re in and who you’re working under. Dr Dweik, Dr Baba and Megan Owen the CEO are kind people and very comfortable to talk to which was appreciated. The model of CLS is in favor to the providers and a great model.
Cons
When I first joined CLS Health I was in awe. I had a great boss with a lot of support to grow and grow my team. It shifted into different management and there was a sudden shift that lead me to then leave the company. The pay is not the best, I would definitely recommend this company to someone fresh out of college looking to start their healthcare career but as far as it being a long term company to grow in I’m not sure of. I will say if you’re able to stay longer than 2 years you’re doing something right as the turn over is very high in all departments.
