      Pros

      Lower-level colleagues run the place and you can trauma bond together.

      Cons

      People don’t quit jobs they quit managers and that couldn’t ring more true with Clerens. The CEO creates a tormenting, misogynistic hierarchy that is enforced at the managerial level. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
