Best equipment in the world of its type. High customer satisfaction with the machines. Benefits are the best I've ever encountered. (No health insurance premium for employees) You learn how NOT to treat people.
Cons
Work environment is the worst I've ever been apart of. As part of the service department my manager would demonize every mistake and lose his temper very frequently. There is no training provided for the role of Service Technician I was in so I would make small mistakes frequently and then be severely berated for them. Usually the only solution to the long-term problem provided by my manager was "you should have called me." I'm still not sure how a person is supposed to correct themselves if they don't know they are doing it wrong to begin with. I gave my best effort throughout my tenure there but it was never and would never be good enough for my boss. Also couldn't find any healthcare providers in the entire state that were in-network for chiropractic care. Also the co-pay for prescriptions is double the cost to employees than anywhere else so though you don't pay a premium for health insurance each pay check they get it out of you in other ways.
