Amazing Company - Community Support Worker CJP Outreach Employee Review

I've worked for the company now for just over 2 years. Yes the pay is good but they also have given a nice increases each April. They also send out a 'care box' 2 or 3 times a year - We got Easter Eggs delivered to our house this April. The team leader and management are supportive and they do listen to what you have to say. Care can be difficult, so whilst I do get frustrated at times, I know they are trying their best to support us.

They try really hard to support us - our person can be challenging at times, but I know the company has our back. We've got a really strong core team, but sometimes new starters don't stay that long, so it puts a bit of extra pressure on us to pick up shifts.

The pay is well but comes with disadvantages.

The company's policies and procedures regarding discrimination are deeply concerning. They appear to justify the actions of colleagues displaying bigotry, while offering no support or empathy to those who experience discrimination. The overall work environment is toxic, where colleagues often act with spite rather than fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
