      Pros

      Fun environment, great training programs, many avenues to grow in the company, amazing benefits, corporate clinic for all employees and family, good pay w/bonus, best furniture company with better selection, company is always growing, many new showrooms opening soon in Florida, next in the plans Atlanta, Georgia. I have worked a total of 30 years for many different retail companies as a manager by far this Company is the greatest company I have ever worked for.

      Cons

      More contest that reward management at the same level as sales associates.

      Pros

      Work life balance, hard work recognized, and some of the best management I've ever worked with. Bonuses if you work hard. Great workflow and everyone is always doing their best. Looking forward to a long career here. I thank God everyday for my job and coworkers.
