      Good pay, good benefits, lots of options to travel for extra pay

      Cons

      Still a cat with a ball of yarn. Techs are given no autonomany to make any decisions. Leaders takes weeks or months to make a decision. Lots of down time with no work. Very office heavy.

      Pros

      The people are the biggest asset to this company. They are highly motivated, safety conscious and work together quite well. The benefit package is well put together. The company goes out of its way to provide opportunities to get to know each other and build friendships beyond just the workplace.

      Cons

      Can be very physically demanding at times.
