Local, hands on, involved leadership. Flexible and honest, Genuinely cares about the team. Opportunities to innovate and leave ones mark on the team
Cons
Management seems always to be ready to hear and course correct employment issues. So whatever cons I could come up with are vanishingly small. We could be a more diverse workplace but even then we've moved toward increased diversity and inclusion when possible.
