Supportive Environment: Cinnox offers ample manpower, resources, and willing offer funds to employees for professional development. On-the-Job Training: Employees benefit from significant hands-on experience. Mentorship Program: HR has established a strong mentorship initiative to support staff development. Joining Cinnox or M800 promises a rewarding experience!

Cons

High Turnover Rate: Significant turnover in Management, Finance, Project and Human Resources. Frequent CEO Changes: CEO position changes every quarter, leading to instability. Every Team has 3-5 core members; you will expect 10-15 individuals have left the same position within a year, but you can expand you can build network. Lack of Accountability: Either the COO or Financial Controller may be unwilling to take on responsibilities. Subordinates must be ok to work under pressure. Pressure to Perform: Both leaders may push subordinates to achieve goals by any means necessary.
