However, based on your comments, and please correct us if we are wrong, but it appears that you were never an employee of CINEC’s. CINEC sometimes helps third parties with recruiting teachers, and with providing curricular and professional development support. In these cases, the employment contract is between the teacher and the school, and CINEC does not have any direct role in managing the employee-teacher relationship. We rely on these third parties to manage the program, and to provide us accurate information for posting job opportunities.
