      Scientists and staff are dedicated. Some decent science coming out of the programs. Great benefits. Good pay for international staff

      Cons

      Exhausting, sometimes mean-spirited, unprofessional culture that chases money and power. The problems start at the top and have been growing increasingly worse in the last year or two
