      Pros

      Great social atmosphere combined with a serious approach to getting results with projects and new clients. Growing with new operations HQ being built at head office in Freigericht.

      Cons

      No real contras. However as expansion continues there may be a need for more management resources.

      Pros

      CID was a fantastic place to learn about the world of international governance work. Everybody there was extremely open to sharing their experiences and expertise.

      Cons

      The work comes in waves depending on what contracts are opened at the time. It is often very slow.
