      Pros

      People, flexibility, many different projects, freedom to be who you are!

      Cons

      The salary is not competitive, and the benefits are not so good. Seeing opportunities to grow our careers is complicated because we already have a lot of managers on the team. For the past 1/5 year, it's been unclear where CI&T wants to go as a company.
