Would not recommend working here - Anonymous employee CI&T Employee Review

I would not recommend working at CI&T. They have a really poor culture. I was very hopeful when I joined, but it was not what was promised. Leadership is very closed off to suggestions and favoritism is very prevalent here. Also it is very unstable and they are doing layoffs every month. This company is a good option if you are looking for a short-term project while you find a better role.
