      if you are not motivated, you will fit right in

      Cons

      lack of leadership, accountability, and focus. leadership consistently blames. Staff is definitely overworked. Leadership continually invests money into streams that do not generate revenue. (ie, building exterior, parking lots, and interior redesign). High turnover.

      Leadership is candid and transparent and communicates well. They appreciate and invest in their employees.

      A mixed bag of remote versus hybrid positions.

      Pros

      Clean refinery, good enough compensation

      Cons

      Folks in mid to high-level management manage, but do not lead. Refinery management actively strays from big-company principles for what is apparently a desire for control over local employees. Capital costs are high but management will fight tooth and nail to save a dime on labor.
