      Benefits are very good, pay is good.

      Cons

      Team dynamic has suffered over the last few years. Feels like every man for themselves. Scares me they are selling off chunks of the company in what seems to be a fast pace.

      Benefits and there are some great coworkers who make work fun.

      Cons

      Top down management Don’t value employees as anything more than numbers Unclear direction Uncertainty in job security Consistently shifting priorities without connection to what employees actually do or struggle with. No opportunities for career advancement or growth in the industry.
