      New CEO leadership, will right the ship and move us in the right direction. With the promotion of Jay Debertin we will be better prepared to address the uncertainty of the ag economy and return to better than peer company!profitability.

      Company growth may be slowed over the next year due to the down turn in the ag economy.

      Benefits and there are some great coworkers who make work fun.

      Cons

      Top down management Don’t value employees as anything more than numbers Unclear direction Uncertainty in job security Consistently shifting priorities without connection to what employees actually do or struggle with. No opportunities for career advancement or growth in the industry.
