      Pros

      Large company with a small company atmosphere. Small enough to know everyone but still have great benefits. They even offer a pension plan.

      Cons

      Hot and physical work. There is no climate control so the temperature inside is about the same as the temperature outside.

      Benefits and there are some great coworkers who make work fun.

      Cons

      Top down management Don’t value employees as anything more than numbers Unclear direction Uncertainty in job security Consistently shifting priorities without connection to what employees actually do or struggle with. No opportunities for career advancement or growth in the industry.
