Was not allowed to use experience and education. No structure and no accountability.

Helping disabled adults is the only thing that makes this job barely tolerable.

Horrible management All employees aren't genuine they will smile in your face and talk trash about you behind your back with management. Reminiscent of middle and high school cattiness. Pay is reasonable but all the drama and unprofessional attitudes aren't even worth the time to submit this review. Run ASAP
