Everyone is super friendly and helpful

Less workload assigned than expected

-A good mission, helping kids get tutoring. -Most people were friendly. -Everything was remote.

-HIGHLY disorganized. -Had no idea what I was supposed to do most of the time. -CEO threatened termination ALOT and many people were fired. -We were asked to participate in fundraisers, except we didn't even get paid ourselves. Weird how they wanted us to pay them for US to work. 2nd month in to my 3 month internship my team of almost 44 people were fired and 3 of us remained, 1 being myself. CEO also fired our team lead, so there was no leader in our group. CEO said she would be our new lead but when we asked any questions she told us to figure it out for ourselves. 3 of us had to finish a months worth of work in 5 days to meet a deadline because SOMEBODY fired the whole team so we really had to book it down. When new interns came in, we were expected to teach them what to do, except we didn't KNOW what to do because we were not trained in it ourselves. So happy when my time was finally up and I could leave with my letter of recommendation. I feel like I'm one of the very few people who actually made it through 3 months.
