Pros

The pay is decent for an entry level position.

Cons

There is a lot of things that get swept under the rug. The facility rarely has enough food to give the kids for breakfast, the food they are given is often expired or things like Ramen, with no nutritional value. The clients are treated unfairly more often than not. If a child had their bio parents still involved, they will be priority over the kids who are wards of the state and it’s very hard to watch and not be able to do much about. Management is not supportive.

Pros

Working with the children is a joy

Cons

Very mob-like mentality at the Burlington campus. If you don't agree with their "culture" and political views you will be ostracized and nitpicked, theyll file bogus complaints on you left and right. If you're a man, work in the Covington campus. Burlington is Incredibly toxic If you're not in their clique and don't fit their agenda, it's not worth your sanity.
