Each quarter we hold an All Hands Call, lead by our CEO and the Executive team. Every CHA employee has the opportunity to learn about our strategy and our plans to deliver on our targets. While generating revenue is the outcome of the amazing work our employees undertake on a daily basis; we are equally committed to engaging with our employees and providing them with opportunities to learn and grow professionally. Although there is always an opportunity to improve, CHA has invested in our people through our on-boarding program, our communities of practice, our mentoring program and our leadership training program. Employees are our first priority, and if you look, it is evident in everything we do.
