I agree that the feedback with encouragement was not as forthcoming when you were with us, and the CEO has been working hard at fixing that.

      Pros

      You have a lot of influence on how things get done. Annual bonuses tied to every client you bring in for as long as they are clients.

      Cons

      Small firms mean that you need to recruit more clients in order to grow
