Below inflation salary increases year upon year Never meet targets for bonuses (I think the first year they introduced the scheme was the only year targets were met) People treated as very much expendable Little to no recognition for achievements Senior management full of false promises Profit and share prices are pretty much all they care about Preach about CGI culture and values but they do not practice them or recognise/reward employees for demonstrating them
