      Pros

      CGH Technologies hires experienced technicians and programmers who are dedicated to their professions. The staff is professional and forward-thinking. The pay and benefits were fair. Workload is managed well although some employees put in longer hours when needed.

      Cons

      Upward mobility wasn't clear as it's a very technical field and the industry seemed uncertain at the time (from what I understood). There were slow periods when senior staff were busy with other obligations.

      Pros

      Huge turnaround on this company. Original owner, Cindy Troutman passed in August 2025. Ms. Troutman, a very kind person, never learned how to actually manage a company. Decisions were made by emotions rather than sound business practices. Under new management, the company has cured its cash flow position. Employees are well treated at CGH now. There is now a management structure appropriate for a federal contractor.

      None noted now as the company has fixed its main problems.
