Pros
Halfway decent job if you wanna mess around and get an easy paycheck. Max 1 meeting a week. You could easily hold this and another remote job down at the same time.
Cons
Upper management paid drastically higher than employees. CEO is awful. Management is outdated. They assign you a desktop for remote work. Paid hourly and make adults clock in clock out , no time sheet (rare for a job like this). You have to clock in and out for lunch, breaks, and at the start and end of the day, which means even when you finish your work for the day or hit quote for the month, you still gotta clock in and out to get paid. Some managers are huge sticklers on this too. Somehow classifies as a nonprofit yet is very much in a grey area and frankly has some predatory business practices with their customer base. I'd avoid working here if you can.
