Leadership Doesn’t Care, Doesn’t Listen, High Turnover - International Credential Analyst CGFNS Employee Review

Pros

My team tries hard to meet the overwhelming expectations and demands levied both by our Applicants (many of whom are wonderful to assist) and by CGFNS leadership. Individual team cultures probably vary, but for my team at least, we do our best to support each other.

Cons

It’s a self fulfilled prophecy of failure. Team(s) try to meet quota, teams are understaffed or lack support staff, leadership (namely CEO and COO) come down hard, team morale falls, employees leave due to stress and low pay, productivity falls as a result, and repeat. Leadership does not listen to suggestions and feedback from team leaders and team members. Starting pay for an analyst is $16.50/hr - we live in a major city, we’re expected to do more than just analysis work (customer support, data entry). We’re not paid enough, we aren’t staffed adequately, and we suffer as a result. I’ve already started looking for employment elsewhere. I had hoped that I could stay here long term, maybe make a career out of it, but at this point, the pressure and lack of sufficient pay doesn’t motivate me (or anyone) to stay longer than a year.

Pros

Great pay. Good benefits. CEO is a pleasure to work with and has a great open door policy. The position was enjoyable and appreciated the collaboration of coworkers.

Cons

Direct was not clear from Supervisors and they were always changing the guidelines without advising the employees prior to doing so. Did not seem there was any oversight of how the Supervisors were managing and they needed to do better in that department.
