- Very interactive company - Collaboration with teams from across the world - Plethora of systems which the company is involved in

- Salaries are not paid on a monthly basis, the contract says monthly but you can go for months without any salary at hand and management does not communicate when salaries would be available. - The offices are below par - They seem to neglect their African counterparts, the foreign employees would get their pay every month on the first but the local staff would have to wait for months on months - Sometimes even after waiting for months for your salary they would only give you a percentage of that salary - No initiatives to further staff knowledge and growth - top management does not talk to the other staff normally, most staff is scared to top management

High impact organisation and outstanding bang for buck. Best in class.

Because of the great value provided to the communities served expense reimbursement is sometimes delayed.
