      Work with good people who mean well, get exposure to the industry very fast

      Cons

      Long hours, tight deadlines, disorganized management, no HR, no overtime, most of the times your left with no information about projects you get put on, hard work is rarely acknowledged

      Good at selling you the dream

      Cons

      Management are a bunch of hypocrites. Long hours, garbage bonuses of a few hundred dollars, hours office conditions , watch out if you are wearing the wrong shoes
