Pros
Large group ran by a small central team so it was easy to voice an issues or opportunities to improve. All group meetings were very nice and Dr Nagda made the organization feel like his family. The office staff was always warm and friendly. They were always trying to improve outcomes and processes for better patient care. Great work-life balance for all staff.
Cons
Slow follow through and sometimes hard to get in contact with upper management. Not always the most competitive offer on the market for compensation.
