In reality, that narrative feels completely disconnected from the company’s reputation in the market. The business would benefit from a serious culture reset, greater humility, and a leadership team willing to acknowledge that respect has to be earned, not assumed.

Interesting work, decent pay, some really great colleague

Projects didn’t feel like their timelines were realistic or planned for success, which often led to a lot of stress and late working. It also felt like the culture had clear favourites that were rewarded and had greater recognition. Some partners were better to work with than others.
