Pros
Everyone follows the strict rules, they take you seriously, the job (Uniqlo) is not hard nor complicated, the colleagues and supervisors are respectful and nice and if you have a problem you can report anyone (even supervisor/mentor) and they will take it seriously.
Cons
A bit too strict and may come down as unfriendly at first, but it is because they want us to take their rules seriously.
