Pros
To be fair, the work it's self is pretty easy.
Cons
This facility is running on the bare minimum of employees with a claim that they can't justify having more workers in certain areas because of a low volume of work, which leads to your hours also being cut, either being sent home early or canceling whole work days. And you won't get your hours until the end of the quarter. But then all of a sudden there is a black out period where no time off is approved, and basically any amount of mandatory overtime they see fit is issued weather that ends up being 12 hour days or weekends. The few people left have been forced to learn and do several jobs with no extra compensation to offset the fact that they are doing the work of 3 people. You could be sent home early or told not to come in on Monday, and then told on Thursday that you will have to work on Saturday.
