Most employees are frustrated and overwhelmed, general lack of personal in all stations. HR does a terrible job communicating with employees and replacing ones who have lleft the company. The company keeps changing the commission plan, 3 times in 3 years. All the company cares about is revenue. Leadership keeps lying to customers to get them on-board.
