The company's 401K matching contributions and exempt PTO accruals was competitive.
Cons
Lacks training for new hires with no direction or guidance, leadership team is not engaged or focused on success, they are looking to hit a number but does not seek to resolve the problem. Poor client relationship mgmt and lots of finger points with no ownership of the problem. HR is HORRIBLE and not supportive of client relationship needs.
