Pros
Great employee comradary with like colleagues. Great open door policy with HR. Excellent Benefits and access to resources that help employees in need of personal assistance for numerous family or personal matters.
Cons
Too many layoffs in a single fiscal year, which reflects on the mismanagement of the companies budget . Poor forecasting that employees are left to pay for. Not an ideal place to work since 2010, and since the EGL/Ceva merger, nothing ever got better. Huge Walkouts, daily employee turnover, just one surprise after another. Several major accounts walked away from Ceva in the past year, and STILL no significant ones to turnaround those large profit losses. They have let go of the BEST talent they had, forcing other people who care about the quality of their work and their customers, to now complete the work of f 3-4(fired) people, WITHIN 8 hours because no overtime is allowed. You cannot expect quality and error free work from someone performing within such time constraints, thus bringing about a high stress level to those people, and taking them away from quality time with their families, while senior level people work the least amount of time, not impacting their own families. Training is also a factor here, as there is not enough experienced staff left to train you anymore, so you must adapt to the "sink or swim" methodology.
