Very nice team , customer focused , knowledgeable. Good global network with offices and agents around the world. Decent benefit package for employees.
Cons
Too much turnover, understuffed , too much focus on the ground , not competitive in oceanfreoght. Not much careers opportunities for senior employees. Massive restructuring .
