- Good starting point in the career - A lot of amazing people - Net income, non-taxable - A lot of unrelated benefits, like discount on gym membership, new cars, and so on
Cons
- While the income is definitely enough, it's no longer adequate to the cost of living in the area. The income started to reflect cost of living increase only two years ago. Before that, it hasn't changed in nearly 30 years, where the cost of life increased at least two fold
