Pros
At CEP, the culture is to empower one to take decisions, learn from mistakes & apply those back to grow the organisation. My perspective, knowledge & exposure grew manifold at CEP.
Cons
It largely has a startup culture where you are expected to get things done. The what is mentioned and you need to figure the how. It can be a con to people from a large corporate used to follow set procedures.
