What makes a difference in working with CENSUS is the fact that they invest in soft skills, character, and work ethics as much as they invest in expertise. Being part of a company that values quality enough to run a separate department gives me great confidence to move forward as a professional and a member of the CENSUS team.
Cons
CENSUS is not an extrovert company. If it was a guest at a party, it would be the weird guy in the black hoodie sitting alone in the corner giving Elliot Alderson vibes. I wish more people knew what working with CENSUS is like: exciting, motivating, and inspiring!
